**What are we looking for**:
We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator, tech SEO savvy, and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our client's profitability, develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, manage offsite and onsite technical optimization projects, and report on performance.

**What we require**:

- Proven experience as an SEO specialist
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communications skills
- Analytical thinking with some math skills
- Knowledge of user behavior & traffic tracking platforms
- Working knowledge of analytics, tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics)
- Be able to work during Eastern Standard time

**What you will do**:
The SEO Specialist is responsible for the healthy performance of all client campaigns assigned to him or her. He or she is expected to monitor and optimize the campaigns on an ongoing basis to meet the established KPIs for the campaigns and the clients' advertising goals.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content and landing pages
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
