- ** 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting** in a high-volume staffing environment.
- A **track record of placing technical talent**—you understand the nuances of dev, product, and data roles.
- ** Confident interviewing skills** that probe depth, not buzzwords.
- ATS fluency and a nose for the best modern sourcing tools.
- Ability to cover several days each week on Pacific-time schedules while flexing across EST-PST.
