In **Buenos Aires or Córdoba (Argentina)** within the **Fintech** industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to evolving our core high-performance financial services. In this position, you will play a key role in scaling critical transactional platforms and driving modern cloud architectures that power real-time financial decisions.

In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals dedicated to building resilient, low-latency systems and collaborating closely with Data Science teams to integrate predictive models. Your primary responsibility will involve designing critical architectures, leading cloud migrations, and mentoring engineeres. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to technological progress while at the same time advancing your own skills and career.

- **5+ years of experience** working with **Java** and **Spring Boot** in high-demand environments.




- Solid experience with **real-time decision systems** and low-latency processing.
- Strong expertise in **performance optimization**, including profiling, concurrency, and JVM tuning.
- Deep knowledge of modern architectural patterns such as **Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture**, and core design principles.
- Hands-on experience with **AWS cloud infrastructure**, specifically managing **EKS, SQS, and SNS**.
- Proven track record using **AI-assisted development tools** (such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar) to optimize delivery and code quality.

Nice-to-have skills:

- Previous experience collaborating with Data Science teams and consuming Machine Learning models.
- Experience designing and maintaining versioned events in distributed systems.

- Design, build, and evolve critical real-time service architectures to support high-volume financial operations.
- Technically lead the migration of backend components to Amazon EKS.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and latency across distributed services.
- Design and maintain versioned events, ensuring end-to-end traceability and auditability for all transactional flows.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to the engineering team, fostering best practices.
