**Join SAP as a CX Senior Solution Advisor Specialist**

**What Will You Do?**
As an essential part of our team, you'll be the wizard behind product presentations and demonstrations before and after the sale. Your role doesn't stop there: you'll be involved at every stage of the process, from demand generation to supporting the adoption and expansion of our solutions. Here’s a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
1. Presentations and Demonstrations: Impress our prospective and existing customers with your ability to explain and demonstrate our SAP CX solutions. Mainly focus on Lead to Cash and/or Service business process
2. Business Development: Build and strengthen links with SAP's general and local structure. Help create product materials that inspire and motivate our sales force.
3. Expansion and Adoption:
Assist in expanding our installed SAP base and capturing new clients across diverse industries such as Utilities, Retail, CPG, Wholesale, and Telco. Ensure everyone understands our competitive advantages and how our SAP CX solutions integrate seamlessly with SAP BackOffice.
4. Specialized Knowledge: Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions, with a special focus on SAP Sales & Service (former SAP C4C) or another world-class Sales and Service solution. Design business architectures that include solutions from other SAP portfolios (teamwork with other SAP member).
5. Advisory and Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor for internal and external customers. Stay informed about implementation issues and ensure this knowledge is reflected in all activities.
6. Travel: Prepare to travel around LAC and explore new business places - an incredible opportunity for professional and personal growth!
**What You Need**
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and/or English.
- Experience: Extensive experience in pre-sales and supporting complex, multi-solution architectures. Experience working with Customer Experience products.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge and experience in SAP Sales & Service or another world-class Sales & Service solution, along with desirable knowledge of other SAP CX products (SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Emarsys, SAP BTP, SAP CDP, others).
