**Responsibilities**:

- Confirm appointments
- Manage geography/routing of set appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Provide Customer Service
- Manage sales team schedules
- To save appointment cancellations
- To reset and reschedule appointments
- To review Sales results and dispute if applicable

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Excellent Communication skills - best of the best communication skills is needed here
- Sales experience is optional - comm skills is more important for this role
- 3+ years of Call center experience working with US customers
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Negotiation skills
- Follow-up skills
- Know how to take accountability

**Schedule**:
4-5 hours/day - you can choose from Monday to Sunday at least 25-30 hours/week

After 90 days - high possibility of getting Full-time hours

**Pay**:
$6.50/hour + Bonuses

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,577.00 - $6,579.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
