The Recruiting Associate is responsible for supporting the full life-cycle recruitment managed by the recruiters, including:

- Proactively build pipelines of diverse talent related to current openings and potential new business initiative
- Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events
- Scheduling interviews

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in recruiting
- Must have experience within agency,



staffing industry or related industry (could be internships)
- Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Sound understanding and use of applicant tracking technologies
- Advanced level of English language (strong fluent level)
