**As a business development representative, you will**:

- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects.
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.

- Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
- Follow up on the scheduled meetings in order to make them happen.
- Achieve [number] of activities per [day/week/month]

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree
- ** Advanced English level**:

- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- ** Outbound Cold Calling Experience is a Must.**:





- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- Interest and experience in related industries, technology, products
- ** 2 or more years as a professional with experience in Lead Generation, Prospecting B2B, Sales, Outbound Sales, Sales of SAAS products, Business Development or Real State Prospecting in the USA market.**:

- Experience and grit at reaching or exceeding [weekly/monthly] activity goals/quotas
- Familiarity with CRMs like salesforce or any other CRM/technology.
