In addition, we also focus on changes to Talent operating models, Talent strategy, and advising on the people aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

**The opportunity**
As a Strategic Projects - Transactions Supervising Associate in our team,
you will support the planning, execution and deployment of the post close people integration offering on M&A; and Outsourcing deals. You will project manage aspects of transaction lifecycle for post close integration up to 4 months after day 1.
You will work as part of the overall Transaction Team which includes Risk, Quality, GCO and IT to mitigate risk associated with transaction activities. Additionally, you will network with others in a matrixed environment to develop, plan, and execute employee touch points throughout the transaction lifecycle.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of complex global transactions, working with teams across functions and geographies to achieve deal objectives
- Work to understand business needs, support transaction objectives, scope and shape the approach and plan
- As required, lead delivery of a required transaction output or work package, deliver to cost, quality and time expectations
- Communicate with the stakeholder throughout the transaction lifecycle and maintain the highest standards of client service throughout
- Perform analysis to understand underlying business performance issues and propose recommendations for change
- Work to ensure key project documentation are in place and understood (e.g. workplan, business case, integration activities, etc.)
- Create and deliver clear, concise, high-quality work products
- Demonstrate system thinking by recognizing the integration of process, organization and people, technology, and data and to achieve intended outcomes and to articulate change impacts to existing solutions and/or efforts to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholders to ensure they are engaged, informed, and consulted as appropriate throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Where necessary, lead meetings and support workshops for projects
- Support the management of transaction budget, risks and issues, team management, reporting, timing, etc.
- Proactively participate in the development of the Strategic Talent Projects team (e.g. participate in a Community of Practice to help develop methodologies and/or tools in transactions)
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the Talent eco-system and with EY delivery partners.
- Demonstrate high levels of teaming and agility. Work effectively as ‘one team’ with Talent project colleagues
