We are currently looking for a Trilingual Communication Analyst to work for a technology project.

**What you´ll do**

You´ll be in charge of provide support to LATAM and EMEA markets executing E2E campaign.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate empathy and acknowledge the importance and urgency of the client’s/Sales rep request.
- Active reading by paying close attention to the customer's concerns and needs and identifying potential implicit questions.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently, aiming to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Identify the root cause of the issue and offer practical solutions.
- Ensure the issue is fully resolved by following up with the customer. Ask if they need anything else or if they have any further questions.
- Anticipate the customer's needs and offer assistance before they even ask.
- Have a deep understanding of the company's products and services. This will enable you to provide accurate and helpful information.




- Project management and Implementation of Digital campaigns.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Degree or certificate (Communication/Marketing idóneo)
- Computer technology knowledge
- Google Sheets proficiency (ideal)
- Advanced English (B2, C1 or C2).
- Proficient Portuguese (B2, C1 or C2)
- Advanced verbal and written communication
- Ownership and autonomy
- Attention to detail
- Organization and time management
- Ability to work under time constraints with tight deadlines
- Team player (collaborative attitude)
- Problem-solving (research skills)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Adaptability to changes
