In this role, you will:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams
- Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.
- Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with the organization’s digital marketing strategy and goals.
- Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure that the team’s work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
- Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive Change Management through coaching the team and support them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset
- Oversee the integration and use of Azure Dev Ops tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- **Proven Experience in Digital Products**:Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master, with a strong focus on digital products such as **Customer Data Platforms (CDP)**, **CRM systems**, or other data-driven solutions for digital marketing activation.
- **Agile Certification**:Certified Scrum Master (**CSM**) or equivalent certification is required, along with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like **JIRA** or **Azure Boards**.
- **Team Facilitation & Agile Leadership**:Skilled in leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams to embrace Agile principles. Able to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and drive sustainable Agile adoption.
- **Knowledge of Data & Marketing Strategies**:Strong grasp of customer data strategies and digital marketing frameworks. Experience integrating compliance requirements into product backlogs and sprint planning is essentia
