Position: Bilingual Spanish STEM Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $38–$43/hour Commitment: 20 hours/week Duration: 1 month Role Responsibilities Design and optimize STEM-based prompts in Spanish and/or English.
Create detailed prompts with multiple constraints and scientific instructions.
Define and document evaluation standards.
Establish expectations for correct responses in STEM contexts.
Develop rubrics for scientific rigor and linguistic clarity in Spanish.
Conduct model testing and grading.
Run prompts through models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy and reasoning quality.
Compare Spanish vs. English outputs.
Support benchmarking and quality assurance.
Collaborate in QA processes to ensure scientific rigor and consistency in Spanish-language benchmarks.
