What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
Assist customers with in-store purchases and online pick-up transactions
Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and sales floor replenishment standards
Participate in freight processing and truck unloads as needed
Contribute to a safe shopping environment

A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture
Retail experience a plus but not required
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to initiate a conversation with customers
