Responsibilities
Talent Management Implementation: Support the execution of Talent Management and core People processes across the South Cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay), partnering closely with local HR teams to drive the deployment of global and local talent agendas, ensuring alignment and effective translation from global priorities to local execution.
Career Counseling: Support the execution of career counseling and development conversations across SoCo, partnering with the GCC to ensure accurate and consistent process execution; support early talent and leadership development initiatives, coordinating and following up on related activities.
Performance Management: Support the execution of the Performance Management cycle across SoCo; contribute to people planning and succession activities, including preparation of materials, data consolidation and follow-up actions.
L&D; Engagement: Contribute to the deployment of leadership capability initiatives in alignment with regional priorities (e.g., PLA levels, leadership development programs).
Culture, Engagement & Belonging: Support the rollout of culture and engagement initiatives across SoCo, collaborating with regional teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution of initiatives such as Chairman's Awards and Integral Smiles Week.
SWP, Team Effectiveness & Org Effectiveness: Support team effectiveness initiatives (e.g., Super 5),
assisting with coordination and execution support; contribute to initiatives linked to digital behaviors and ways of working, supporting execution and tracking.
Frontline Experience: Support frontline development initiatives.
Qualifications
Organizational Diagnosis: Ability to understand talent and people challenges, identify key drivers, and support analysis using available data and insights; connect information across processes and stakeholders to support problem understanding and informed discussions.
Creativity & Innovation: Brings practical and relevant ideas to improve Talent Management processes and employee experiences; open to testing new approaches within defined frameworks, tools and guidelines.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrates the ability to understand priorities and broader context, linking daily activities to Talent Management objectives; distinguishes between short-term tasks and longer-term initiatives with guidance.
Change Support: Supports the implementation of change initiatives by helping teams adopt new processes, tools and ways of working; demonstrates adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
Communication & Influence: Communicates in a clear, structured and practical manner, adapting messages to different audiences; explains processes,
timelines and expectations effectively to stakeholders.
Results Orientation & Metrics: Comfortable working with metrics, trackers and dashboards to monitor progress and completion of Talent Management processes; demonstrates strong follow-through, attention to detail and focus on closing actions.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Must have at least 2–3 years of experience managing Talent processes or working as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
