About The Position

The territory for this position is Argentina. Overall responsibility of this role is to support the end‑to‑end supply chain operations for rare disease medicines across Latin America and Canada. This role ensures timely product availability, compliance with local regulations, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, fluent in English and Spanish, and experienced in pharmaceutical supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability for LATAM and Canada markets.
- Manage external stock and confirm timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to obtain product release.
- Support QA during local agency inspections and audits.
- Participate in GDP investigations and non‑conformance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to country‑specific GDP requirements and quality systems, including deviation management, change control, complaints, recall processes, etc.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and distributors, including contracts;
- Review performance of service providers and implement improvement actions.
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipments to meet delivery timelines.
- Provide local resource in the management of Order processing, invoicing process, inventory management & shipping.
- Maintain accurate records for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
