As cyber threats continue to grow, we are expanding our outbound sales team.Position OverviewThe SDR will focus on generating qualified opportunities for cybersecurity services such as:Managed Detection & Response (MDR)Security Operations Center (SOC) servicesEndpoint ProtectionCompliance (HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2 readiness)Microsoft 365 security hardeningVulnerability assessmentsThis role requires confidence discussing technology and security risks with business owners, IT managers, and C-level executives.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound prospecting targeting U.S.
SMBsIdentify cybersecurity pain points and risk exposureEducate prospects on modern cyber threats (ransomware, phishing, data breaches)Book qualified discovery calls for cybersecurity assessmentsMaintain CRM documentation and track pipeline progressWork closely with the sales and technical pre-sales teamsQualifications1–3 years SDR or B2B outbound sales experienceIT, cybersecurity, or MSP background strongly preferredExperience speaking with U.S.-based decision-makersStrong understanding of basic cybersecurity conceptsFluent English (verbal and written)Comfortable working EST/CST hoursIdeal Candidate ProfileHunter mentalityConfident discussing cybersecurity risksResilient with cold callingTech-savvy and quick learnerMetrics-driven
