6 August, **** Microcentro, CABA We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to become part of our regional development team.
This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and previous experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in facilitating Scrum events, driving effective Iteration execution, and coaching Agile Teams to optimize business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate key Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure smooth Iteration execution and Program Increment (PI) execution.
Provide guidance and coaching to Agile Teams on adhering to Agile principles and practices.
Identify and address impediments to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to align efforts across teams.
Promote DevOps implementation and continuous delivery practices.
Qualifications Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification.




Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies.
Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Skills Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices.
Awareness of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, LeSS, or Nexus.
Previous leadership experience within an Agile team environment.
Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Proven ability to work with distributed, multi-cultural teams.
