Job Summary
The Director, Brand Management leader possesses deep creative and operational expertise with a track record of work across a variety of brand strategies, brand identity systems, leading to compelling brand creative executed in an integrated mix media model.
This leader has a proven ability to partner with leaders, manage complex agency ecosystems and deliver measurable brand impact in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
The team seeks equal strength in creative excellence and performance rigor to drive awareness of the Syneos Health brand and alignment across the enterprise.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Leadership Expertise
Oversight of enterprise brand strategy, including articulation of key value propositions and narrative coherence across the business with clear and disciplined brand governance.
End-to-end leadership of branding projects across the business to ensure consistency and support for business goals.
Designing, evolving and operationalizing brand architecture strategies across a general organization.
Primary liaison for brand, creative and media agencies: sets strategic direction, evaluates creative quality, manages scopes and performance, ensuring the work ladders to business and brand objectives.
Shares oversight of brand campaigns, flagship content, videos, corporate collateral and large-scale production initiatives; balances concepting with execution, timelines, approvals and stakeholder complexity.
Strategic oversight of media plans focused on awareness-building, content distribution, message amplification designed to drive targets down the funnel and generate leads.
Designs and evaluates brand performance metrics, including awareness, familiarity, willingness to recommend, associations and other brand equity measures; uses data to inform strategy, refine execution and demonstrate ROI to leadership.




Connects creative output to enterprise goals such as growth, reputation and market differentiation.
Thrives in fast-paced, transformation-oriented environments with evolving priorities and tight timelines while maintaining creative standards under pressure.
Confident advisor to senior leaders, translating strategy into brand direction and creative output.
Modernizes processes, tools, agency models and operating cadence to scale impact.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
Minimum 4-Year Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Additional Qualifications
Demonstrated ownership of strategic brand programs, messaging platforms, creative campaigns and complex media plans.
Track record managing multiple successful agency relationships simultaneously.
Experience with brand performance measurement research methodologies and business impact.
Ability to build programs and initiatives across multiple departments and teams.
Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
Excellent writing, editing, verbal and presentation skills.
Innovative thinker with a track record translating strategic thinking into action plans and results.
Superior program management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to advocate for and manage to budget priorities.
