Senior Sales Representative (Closer)
GBS Group – LLC Hub (division of GBS Group)
Employment Type: Full-time Contractor, Remote
Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000/year OTE (On-Target Earnings)
Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Overview
At LLC Hub, a division of GBS Group, we focus on helping entrepreneurs and executives build better businesses.
We provide a complete suite of start-up services and compliance support to get new companies compliant and running efficiently.
Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative who is routine-driven and knows how to close deals daily.
You will be the primary closer for inbound and warm leads focused on purchasing our LLC Hub start-up services.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Activity (Open to Goal Mandate): Execute 8 to 12 calls/meetings per day with qualified prospects.
Expert Education: Educate prospects on LLC Hub's start-up services and compliance offerings from an expert, consultative perspective.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear, accurate, observable pipeline in the CRM and advance all prospects through stages.
Documentation: Diligently record all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM notes.
Diligence: Follow up consistently with potential clients over extended periods.
Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service.
Key Results (KPIs)
Show Rate:



=70% of scheduled meetings actually occur.
Close Rate: =20% of meetings convert to sales.
Sales Performance: Directly contribute to sales revenue and optimize sales cycle time.
Pipeline Hygiene: All prospects properly moved in the CRM with complete documentation by end of day.
Follow-Up Consistency: All qualified prospects pursued indefinitely.
What We Offer You
Compensation: Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commission.
OTE is $45k – $60k.

Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of high-volume transactional sales experience (e.g., event tickets, gym memberships, subscriptions).
Communication: Excellent phone and video conference communication, with a great ability to present complex information clearly.
Self-Management: Self-sufficient and able to manage your own time and sales pipeline.
Mindset: Routine driven, open to learning new sales processes, and focused on finding solutions and creating simplicity for clients.
