Your impact
This position is responsible for managing the service area and supporting technical issues in the Center and North regions of Argentina.
The service coordinator is a link between factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treated internally and into the factory.
On the other hand, this person is responsible for taking the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers.
Your experience and qualifications
Support or answer technical issues reported by Tech Connect.
Lead workshops for new products and for internal processes.
Provide permanent coaching to dealers.
Visit customers as a courtesy or for technical problems.
Know how to support using EDT (Electronic Diagnostic Tool).
Know technically how to fix AGCO portfolio equipment,
and sometimes also know how to operate it.
Graduated in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
Background in agriculture or industry.
