What you’ll do:
Business Associate Consultant in the Technology Consulting / Revenue Management & Contracting capability group will:
- Support and lead technology‑enabled transformation programs for general clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
- Design and implement solutions addressing complex challenges such as revenue leakage, pricing optimization, and contracting operations
- Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate solution design discussions
- Deliver high‑quality, data‑driven insights and recommendations to support client decision‑making
- Perform hands‑on technical work using modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Python, SQL, cloud technologies)
- Contribute to solution architecture, development, and implementation across engagements
- Apply project management best practices to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and relevance of project deliverables
- Support business development efforts and contribute to internal innovation and capability building

What you’ll bring:




- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of consulting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries, delivering technology or transformation programs
- Strong technical skills including Python, SQL, and experience with data platforms such as Databricks and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience or knowledge in Revenue Management and Contracting domains (e.g., pricing, gross‑to‑net, contract lifecycle management, government pricing)
- Fluency in English
