Lead NodeJs Developer – LATAM (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Mexico)

We are looking for a backend-focused lead to design and scale high-performance Node.js architectures. You will lead technical decisions, ensuring delivery of robust microservices and event-driven systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and building of large, multi-tenant web applications.
- Enforce security best practices (OAuth, JWT) and high-quality debugging.
- Mentor the team and ensure technical excellence in production.

Qualifications
- Microservices, Event-Driven Design, and Message Brokers (Kafka, SQS/SNS).
- Expert in RESTful services and GraphQL design.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
- Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
- Front-end: Familiarity with React is a plus.
