Day-to-Day Responsibilities Participate in large global programs that help industrial clients design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities, and digitally enabled solutions to position their organizations for high performance.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects (e.g., e-commerce, digital transformation, dealer management, service operations) for large OEMs, OESs, and dealer channels.

Experience in one of the following domains: sales, service, rental, telematics, logistics, marketing.
Agile methodology knowledge (Scrum or SAFE) – desirable.
Functional knowledge in SAP, MS Dynamics, BC, CE – desirable.
Key Competencies and Skills Advanced English (mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements Ability to independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions.
Excellent teamwork and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment.
