Matching Specialist – Sales Role

Currently NP students are required to find their own clinical placements (i.e. internships) and struggle to do so.
As a result, thousands of students delay graduation every year because they cannot find these placements.
This is where we step in: we help students find and secure clinical sites around the country via our online platform.
Our primary focus is to automate and streamline the clinical rotation process required for NP students to graduate.

Get Preceptor Portal – we recruit preceptors and then connect them with NP students who are looking for specialties like: Primary Care, Mental Health, Women's Health, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, and many more!
Our vision is that in the next 10 years, all NP Programs provide clinical rotations/preceptors for their students without delays, challenges, and without unnecessary stress and burden.

Matching Specialist – Sales Job Description
The goal of this position is to make sure our students (the customer) feel taken care of and receive fast personal communication.
This role is Sales-oriented.
Each Matching Specialist is the first line of communication for prospective student/client's onboarding from beginning to end – from answering questions and concerns, evaluating the requirements of the student to assisting them with the initial rotation booking, and ensuring that they receive an overall excellent experience with NPHub's customer service and communications.
The Matching Specialists are the frontlines of our organization and without them, our students would not be able to find the perfect preceptor for the first and last turn and graduate on time!
Role & Responsibilities of a Matching Specialist
To act as the first point of communication for NPHub's prospective clients, both Students and Preceptors through:
Communicating NPHub's value proposition to prospective Students
Answering any Q&A; that potential clients may have
Suggesting matches for Students and Preceptors
Providing Student profile creation and sign-up assistance
Following up with prospective students
Meet personal goals and work as a team toward the company-directed sales goals
Provide fast communication to all interactions via Avochato, email, Chatbot, and other inbound lead sources
Evaluate the requirement of a potential client and offering solutions
Accurately manage the sales pipeline and ensuring client satisfaction
Generating and onboarding new clients while providing a high level of customer service
Managing and organizing communications with students and preceptors
Re-engage old leads via email/text and phone calls
Scheduling and completing initial and follow-up calls with potential clients
Monitoring and updating NPHub's livechat for inquiries
Identify areas of opportunity to improve student onboarding process and communicate to leadership
Create and document system and create a training manual for future hires
Manage and organize accurate sales information within the company's CRM

Previous customer success and administrative experience welcome, but not required
Performance Metrics
Number of new student onboard/sales attained per month
Number of monthly student waitlist matches
Number of new preceptor matches obtained per month
Lost rate of new student onboard/sales
Conversion Rate (CVR) tracked and reported monthly
Monthly CVR performance measured against targets
Average time of first contact with leads (time in stage) tracked and reported monthly
Compensation
$1,100 - $1,200 a month
Salary of monthly USD 1,200 during and after 90-day training/trial period
Payment period: semi-monthly (15th and last day of the month)
Opportunity to earn USD 1,500+ bonuses.
