Monks is seeking a talented production designer to further their skills in digital asset and content design at our Buenos Aires Office.
In this senior-level role, you will join a dedicated integral team in producing top-quality content for the product interfaces of one of the world's most recognizable brands.
Responsibilities:
Specialize in the design of static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.
Collaborate within a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors.
Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality assets at a steady pace.
Ensure pixel-perfect quality and collaborate with QA testers.
Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across ad formats, dimensions, and languages.
Work with client-side art directors, representing .
monks from a design POV.
About you:
Approx.
6 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch/Figma is a bonus.




Mastery of silhouetting; additional retouching skills are a plus.
Maintain organized files, layers, and folders.
Independent task execution and proactive project leadership.
Experience in all stages of production: setting styles, layouts, cutting formats, and language versioning.
Proficiency in creating balanced, beautiful layouts.
Continuous search for process efficiencies.
Capability to handle repetitive tasks while staying focused.
Proficient in English; knowledge of production tricks and cat videos.
Clear communication and collaboration with international designers.
