Why This Role Exists
Foundation is actively building and maturing our Paid Media function.
We're managing multi-channel programs for B2B clients with long sales cycles and high deal values — and we need skilled executors who can bring those programs to life with precision.
This role exists to support and execute the paid media strategies set by our Paid Media Strategists.
You're the person who makes the plan real: building campaigns, managing optimizations, maintaining tracking integrity, and surfacing performance insights across your assigned accounts.
Who This Role Is For
Comfortable operating across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads — you're platform-agnostic and pick up new platforms quickly
Execution-focused: you take a clear brief and run with it without needing to be managed step by step
Detail-oriented by nature — you notice when something's off in a campaign setup before it becomes a problem
Takes ownership of the accounts you're responsible for, and communicates clearly when something needs attention
Builds trust through consistency: you do what you say, when you say you'll do it
Motivated by measurable outcomes — you care about CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution, not just impressions
Who This Role Is Not For
Need full creative autonomy or want to own strategy from the ground up
Prefer staying in one or two platforms rather than working across a full channel mix
Uncomfortable with ambiguity or fast-moving account priorities
Avoid troubleshooting tracking issues or digging into data to find answers
Need constant direction or check-ins to stay on track
What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll execute paid media programs across a portfolio of 4-6 client accounts,
working under the direction of a Paid Media Strategist who sets the overall approach.
Day-to-day, you're the one in-platform: building, launching, optimizing, and reporting.
Core Responsibilities
Build and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads based on strategic briefs from the Paid Media Strategist
Monitor daily campaign performance and make optimization decisions on bidding, pacing, targeting, and creative rotation
Maintain tracking integrity — flag discrepancies, support GTM and GA4 setups, and ensure data accuracy across accounts
Execute A/B and creative tests defined by the Strategist; document results clearly so learnings can be applied going forward
Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to client-facing updates with accurate data and clean commentary
Proactively surface anomalies, opportunities, or issues to the Strategist before they become problems
Support campaign builds for new client onboardings, including structure setup, audience creation, and pixel/tag verification
What Success Looks Like
Your campaigns launch on time, are set up correctly, and deliver against the KPIs defined in the Strategist's brief
Tracking is clean across your accounts — data is accurate and trusted by the team and the client
You're catching performance issues before they're flagged by someone else
The Strategist can rely on you to execute without needing to re-explain or re-check your work
You're improving — each month you understand the platforms, the clients, and the process a little better
Required Experience
2-4 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in a B2B or agency environment
Proven ability to build and manage campaigns across at least two of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads
Working knowledge of tracking fundamentals: GTM, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion event configuration
Experience pulling performance data, identifying trends, and communicating findings clearly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts and shifting priorities
HubSpot experience is an asset but not required
Familiarity with B2B buying cycles, lead generation, and funnel-stage targeting is a strong plus
Location, Timezone & Work Setup
Work Setup: Fully remote
Primary Target Locations: Canada, LATAM, Europe.
Candidates outside these regions may be considered if experience is exceptional and working hours align
Timezone: Required overlap with EST
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 CAD / year
Expected Total Comp (OTE): $60,000 - $70,000 CAD / year
Total compensation includes: Company-wide profit sharing + commission on expansions/extensions
