We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Technical Support Specialist to join our growing payments gateway team.
In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding merchants, supporting payment integrations, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance within a fast-paced fintech environment.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient payment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding and integration of new merchants into the payment gateway, including API and technical setupConfigure merchant accounts, payment methods, and transaction settings based on client requirementsProvide ongoing technical support to merchants, troubleshoot payment issues, and resolve integration-related queriesAnalyze operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalabilityTrack and report on operational KPIs, transaction performance, and system metricsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., payment regulations, KYC/AML standards) and internal policiesMaintain and optimize internal tools and systems used for payment processing and operationsMonitor payment success rates, system performance, and overall service qualityIdentify operational and financial risks (e.g., fraud, chargebacks)
and implement mitigation strategiesSupport execution of operational and product-related projects within the payments ecosystemManage relationships with payment providers, banks, and third-party vendors, including negotiating terms and service levelsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related fieldPrevious experience in payments, fintech, operations, or technical supportUnderstanding of payment systems (e.g., card payments, gateways, APIs, transaction lifecycles)Familiarity with reconciliation processes, settlements, and financial reportingStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency in tools such as Excel, dashboards, or ticketing systemsKnowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, KYC/AML) is a strong advantageStrong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing fintech/payments companyExposure to integral payment systems and technologiesCollaborative and innovative team culture
