You will own end-to-end accounting for assigned areas, execute month-end close with autonomy, and ensure financial information is accurate, reliable, and audit-ready.
You'll actively identify risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities while helping scale processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.
You'll work closely with the Accounting Lead and cross-functional teams, contributing directly to the financial integrity that supports Trafilea's growth.Full ownership of assigned balance sheet and P&L; accounts,



end to endPreparation and maintenance of high-quality account reconciliations with strong analytical supportExecution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities accurately and on timeInvestigation of discrepancies, root cause analysis, and proposal of corrective actionsManagement of assigned audit requests with minimal supervisionPreparation and support of internal and external reporting requirementsMaintenance of organized, audit-ready documentation and working papersActive contribution to process standardization, automation, and AI-driven improvementsCollaboration with Treasury, Payroll, FP&A;, and other stakeholders to resolve accounting matters4+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of month-end closeStrong experience with journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet & P&L; reconciliationsBig4 or top-tier audit experience (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) is strongly preferredExperience auditing or working in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce environments is a plusHands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systemsWorking knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and/or SOX frameworks is a strong plusTechnical SkillsFluent English (written and verbal)Advanced Excel skills (pivots, reconciliations, variance analysis)Strong understanding of close processes and internal controlsAbility to turn transactional data into meaningful financial insightsComfort working with automation tools and AI-based assistants
