The Head of Software Engineering leads multiple engineering teams responsible for the design, development, scalability, and evolution of Intraway's products and platform capabilities.
This role combines strong engineering leadership, software architecture expertise, organizational management, and technology innovation.
The position plays a key role in guiding technical decision-making across teams, driving engineering excellence, enabling AI-driven transformation initiatives, and ensuring scalable, reliable, and modern software solutions aligned with business goals.
Telco industry experience, OSS/BSS ecosystems, and distributed systems knowledge are highly valued.
What you'll do
Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and engineering leaders across product development and platform initiatives
Drive technical and architectural direction across engineering teams
Partner with Product and Executive Leadership to align engineering execution with business strategy
Lead and support the organization's AI transformation initiatives, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies
Define and track engineering KPIs related to delivery, quality, reliability, and team health
Foster a culture of ownership, autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in software engineering organizations, with 5+ years leading multiple engineering teams or engineering managers
Strong understanding of modern software architectures, distributed systems, cloud-native environments, and DevOps practices




Proven experience guiding architecture and technical decision-making across teams
Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows or LLM-based solutions is highly desirable
Knowledge of OSS/BSS, TM Forum standards, or telecom ecosystems is a plus
Advanced English communication skills
