You'll learn how to work with emerging technology that supports decision-making, communication, and care coordination—all while making a tangible difference in people's lives.What You'll DoCoordinate Real-Time Operations: Manage time-sensitive scheduling updates, shift changes, and continuity tasks in collaboration with care teams.Work Alongside AI Systems: Use intelligent tools that help you make faster, more accurate scheduling and communication decisions.Resolve Issues with Care and Calm: Respond professionally to last-minute changes or urgent situations—balancing empathy with execution.Maintain Operational Clarity: Log updates accurately and consistently to keep workflows visible and organized.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with schedulers, caregivers, and leadership to ensure smooth, reliable operations.Improve the Process:
