The Role
We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead and scale our outbound sales efforts.
You'll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales strategy, overseeing the entire sales funnel from lead generation through to closing.
In this leadership role, you'll coach a growing sales team, refine outreach processes, and drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
You'll also collaborate closely with recruiters and executive leadership to align on goals, improve performance tracking, and ensure a seamless sales-to-service handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize outbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth
Manage and mentor a team of sales reps or strategists, guiding them to meet and exceed targets
Identify new lead sources and market opportunities to expand client base
Own high-level sales conversations and close deals with key decision-makers
Oversee CRM usage (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.) ensuring clean,



accurate data for forecasting and reporting
Launch and oversee multi-channel outreach campaigns via calls, email, and LinkedIn
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with recruiting and operational capacity
Provide regular sales performance updates to leadership and adjust tactics as needed
Who You Are
You're a proven sales leader with deep experience in outbound sales and a passion for team building and operational excellence.
You understand the nuances of staffing or recruiting and thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role
Background in staffing, recruiting, or HR tech preferred
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially in phone and video sales environments
Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist)
Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills—you love clean data and efficient processes
Comfortable working across time zones with a fully remote, global team
Minimum C1-level English fluency; confident in conversations with North American clients
