Responsibilities
- Standardise PCS products and DC-side and MVS solutions for energy storage containers, and oversee cost control, technological advancement and competitiveness;
- Provide pre-sales technical support for the Latin America region, offering PCS products and DC-side and MVS solutions for energy storage containers; compile and collect basic marketing materials for internal products and solutions; lead the entire process of bringing advanced solutions to market; and address and resolve pre-sales enquiries from clients;
- Compile and analyse PCS-related standards, grid connection acceptance criteria for power stations, laws and regulations, and simulation modelling requirements across various overseas regions and countries; establish and maintain a standards information database for target markets;
- Collect and collate customer requirements and market information, compiling them into standardised requirements specifications and technical solutions;

Job Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, Electronic Information or related disciplines;
- Familiarity with power system architecture and the operating principles of energy storage PCS or PV inverters; candidates with a background in energy storage system R&D; are preferred;
- Fluent in Spanish;
- Strong internal and external communication skills; meticulous, proactive, logical, and able to work well under pressure;
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in energy storage solutions or energy storage PCS product R&D;, testing, and marketing;
- Familiar with overseas energy storage markets; capable of analysing technicall solutions, interpreting standards, and drafting reports. Able to collaborate effectively across departments to drive projects forward.
