Strategicresponsibilities
- Participateinsupplierperformancereviewmeetings
- Evaluatesupplierlandscapeandidentifyoptimizationopportunities
- Supportsupplierselectionandonboardingprocesses
- Managesupplierrelationships,includingperformancetrackinganddevelopment
- Conductcommercialnegotiationsanddrivecostoptimizationinitiatives
- IdentifycontractgapsandsupportMSAimprovementsandimplementation
- DriveandmanageRFIs,RFQs,andRFPsprocesses
- Supportpreferredsupplierlistimplementation

Operationalresponsibilities




- Managebackboneandinfrastructure-relatedquoteswithinassignedregion
- Handlecommercialnegotiationsfornewandexistingcolocationagreements
- PrepareandmanagePurchaseOrders(POs)viaSalesforce
- RequestandvalidateServiceOrderForms(SOFs)
- Ensureaccuratecommercialvalidationofordersanddocumentation
- CoordinatewithDeliveryteamsfororderexecution
- Managecontractchanges(renewals,upgrades,downgrades,terminations)
- Handleinvoicevalidationandresolvedisputeswithvendors
- Maintainaccuratesupplierinventoryanddata
