ELEKS Software Engineering & Development Office is looking for a Senior Software Developer (Java) based in Buenos Aires for a hybrid position: 2–3 days per week onsite at our local office, with the remaining days remote.Working hours 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM ARTABOUT PROJECTThe client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the US.
They are dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families.REQUIREMENTS5+ years of professional experience in Java backend developmentStrong proficiency in Java with hands-on experience in Spring Boot 3.xSolid experience designing and building REST APIs following industry best practicesSolid understanding of REST API design, authentication, authorization, and web security principlesHands-on experience with developer tooling: IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Git, Chrome Developer ToolsWorking knowledge of Dynatrace for monitoring and observabilityBasic experience with NGINX, Jenkins, and PCF/OpenShiftExperience working in agile delivery teams – comfortable with estimation, sprint planning, and JiraNICE TO HAVEExperience in the healthcare domain or regulated industry environmentsFamiliarity with MuleSoft or integration platform conceptsExperience with Databricks or other big data / data engineering platformsExperience with containerization (Docker,
