We're hiring a
Strategic Ad Buyer (Paid Media)
We're looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker who knows how to
scale brands profitably across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
.
What you'll do:
Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns
Build and execute structured creative testing frameworks
Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) and drive insights
Collaborate closely with creative and account teams
Turn data into clear, actionable strategies for clients
What we're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency preferred)
Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets




Strong expertise in Meta & TikTok
Deep understanding of DTC performance and scaling strategies
Proactive communicator with a test-and-learn mindset
Nice to have:
Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer teams, or attribution tools
Background in CPG, retail, or lifecycle marketing
Success =
profitable scaling, strong creative-performance alignment, and fast execution.
