OverviewWe are hiring a Talent Partner to lead sourcing and placement efforts across multiple industries.
In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, conducting ****** candidate interviews monthly and filling 3–5 roles per month.
You'll work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and Latin American candidates in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.Success in this roleFilling 2–5 positions monthly within the first 3–6 monthsBuilding a steady pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs)Managing multiple clients, candidates, and time zones while maintaining responsivenessKey ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview ****** candidates monthly using LinkedIn, ATS, and outbound methodsAlign with CTOs and hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and candidate progressManage multiple roles and schedules across U.S. and LATAM time zonesIdentify and market MPCs for new opportunitiesEnsure timely and professional communication with clients and candidatesRequirements3-5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly placement targetsYou must have personally recruited 50+ software engineers, AI or technical rolesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailComfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentFluent English (C1 or C2)
