About the Role
We're looking for a Strategic Solution Specialist to own key customer accounts and drive their success with Waterplan by turning their pains into long-term solutions.
You'll lead internal cross-functional teams, develop partnership strategies, and build use cases that shape our product roadmap and company strategy.
This high-impact role combines analytics, strategy, and client engagement, working closely with senior stakeholders at some of the world's largest organizations to translate water insights into real business impact.
What You'll Do
Engage with clients to assess their needs and align Waterplan's value proposition to their goals.
Act as the main internal owner of your accounts, leading cross-functional collaboration.
Build long-term partnership strategies that drive renewals, growth, and impact.
Understand customers' businesses, stakeholder dynamics, challenges, and software needs to provide insights and support their milestones.
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and sustainability executives from top general companies to become a trusted advisor.
Develop tailored strategies for specific industries and regions based on client feedback and market trends.
Identify and develop new use cases that guide Waterplan's product evolution from customization to standardization of successful solutions.
Assist customers in utilizing the product for business success—guide them through onboarding, enable data gathering, and support goal-setting to achieve their water targets.
Represent Waterplan in site visits, webinars, and industry events.




About You
2–5 years of experience in consulting, sustainability, analytics, or customer success.
Background in industrial engineering, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
Exceptionally organized & detail-oriented; independent, proactive, and always on top of your tasks.
Curious & creative, not afraid to dive in and learn new topics, skills, and problems.
Strong communicator who understands the importance of storytelling.
Passionate about sustainability and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional efforts.
Located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
