You'll work on the strategy, testing, and iteration of high-volume, direct-response ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google, contributing to campaigns that support $500K+ in daily ad spend.
This role sits at the center of our creative engine, where data, storytelling, and rapid experimentation come together to consistently generate winning creatives.
Job Responsibilities Own the creative strategy for assigned product funnels in collaboration with the Growth team, ensuring assets are optimized for direct-response performance Define angles, hooks,



and ad structures, blending emotional storytelling with persuasive copy and visual psychology Analyze creative performance using key KPIs (ROAS, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop, View Rate) to identify winners and iterate quickly Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for creatives — from hypothesis to iteration Leverage UGC, trends, and platform-native formats across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to scale performance Collaborate closely with Creative Operations, Copywriters, and Video Editors to ensure smooth briefing, production, and post-production Partner with Growth and Data teams to align creative strategy with funnel performance and scaling priorities Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators and content partners, ensuring alignment with brand tone and direct-response objectives Stay ahead of platform trends, competitor benchmarks, and consumer behavior shifts to uncover new creative opportunities Requirements 2+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Content Strategy, or Direct Response Advertising (DTC, agency, or similar) Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable reading KPIs and translating insights into action Deep understanding of direct-response performance advertising (not brand-only or awareness-focused) Passion for trends and platform nuances across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Highly organized, execution-focused, and structured in creative planning Strong collaboration and feedback skills, able to align multiple stakeholders toward performance goals You won't be a good fit if you: Your experience is mainly focused on brand, awareness, or organic content, with limited exposure to direct-response performance ads.
You haven't worked closely with paid media KPIs or don't enjoy optimizing creatives based on data and results.
You're not comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Data, and Creative and Paid Media teams
