Key Responsibilities
Define and execute MultiBank Group's growth strategy for Argentina across retail, IB, affiliate, and institutional channels
Build and manage local sales pipelines, client acquisition programs, and business development activity
Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships and distribution relationships in the Argentine market
Collaborate with regional and global leadership on business priorities, country performance targets, and reporting
Ensure all in-country activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor local market dynamics, macroeconomic developments, competitor activity, and shifts in client demand specific to Argentina
Recruit and develop local team members as operational needs grow
Prepare regular performance reports and market intelligence for senior leadership
Represent the company professionally across client, partner,



and stakeholder interactions in Argentina and, where relevant, the broader Latin American region
Requirements
Senior leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, trading, banking, or payments
Strong knowledge of the Argentine financial services market, including its commercial environment and regulatory landscape
Demonstrated track record of driving commercial performance and managing sales or business development teams, including in environments with macroeconomic complexity
Experience with IB networks, affiliate programs, retail trading clients, or institutional relationships is preferred
Familiarity with CFDs, FX, or financial markets products is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience operating within regulated and dynamic business environments
Fluency in Spanish and English is required
