The F&A; Manager of Rohlig Argentina is overall responsible for:
Operational excellence & efficiency of the finance & accounting function
Solvency and liquidity of the organization
Compliance with legal and fiscal requirements
Main tasks of the role are to:
Perform revenue accounting
Perform general accounting
Process accounts payable (A/P) and expense reimbursements
Manage taxes
Initiate and manage external auditors, and tax advisors
Manage the accounting function in the respective country
Investment controlling on local/ regional level
Act as a management counterpart for the Managing Director
Management of the local finance & accounting department:
Steer resources and capacities efficiently (incl. working hours, vacation/substitution planning)
Develop the team, hire new staff and conduct performance reviews in line with the company HR processes
Required skills and qualifications
Technical competence: Deep understanding of accounting/financial legal and fiscal requirements ;
A university degree as well as professional experience within the transport logistics industry would be an advantage
