We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Flutter Developer to join a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will be the sole Flutter expert on the team, taking full ownership of the mobile architecture and collaborating directly with stakeholders to turn a high-level vision into a robust technical reality.

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Lead the development, maintenance, and scaling of mobile applications using Flutter.
- Architectural Ownership: Define and implement best practices for mobile architecture, state management (Cubit/Bloc), and the Repository pattern with Dependency Injection.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the client and internal teams to define functionality, technical roadmaps, and project discovery.
- Release Management: Manage the full deployment lifecycle through App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Consultative Approach: Confidently present technical solutions and ideas directly to the client,



ensuring alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
- Integration: Manage JSON REST APIs and ensure seamless offline-first experiences and efficient caching.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and best practices
- Practical knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in an environment where requirements are defined collaboratively by the team, rather than simply handed down
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken), with the ability to confidently present ideas and solutions directly to the client
- Experience helping clients define functionality and technical roadmaps based on a high-level vision

Nice to Have
- Strong interest in new technologies and healthcare (HealthTech)
- Previous experience working on healthcare
