What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Sales Operations

Sales Operations roles are successful when optimizing productivity, raising the quality of the respective support / tasks performed and increasing (internal) customer satisfaction.
- Administrative tasks and daily office functions




- Monitoring the sales operations process and initiatives
- Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard procedures and reports
- Data entry in CRM
- Document all the campaign execution using the adequate systems correctly (work together with manager/expert as necessary)
- Contract tracking
- Central contact and all other ad‑hoc support as needed by manager and his/her team
- Managing workflows and monitoring items like purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
- Preparation and follow up of meetings and larger external events for Managers
