The Role
We’re looking for a Payroll Operations Manager to own and professionalize our end‑to‑end integral payroll function. We operate a 140‑person distributed workforce across multiple countries, currencies, employment types, and payment platforms. This role is responsible for building a structured, accurate, and audit‑ready global payroll operation.

What You’ll Do
End‑to‑End Payroll Ownership
Own the complete global payroll lifecycle (HR inputs → payroll calculation → platform upload → reconciliation → reporting). Manage bi‑monthly payroll cycles and monthly exceptions, ensuring accurate and on‑time payments for employees and contractors. Develop structured payroll calendars, submission deadlines, and clear ownership across stakeholders.

Global Multi‑Platform Payroll Execution
