Job Description
- Lead and develop a team of 8, fostering a healthy work environment where how you do things matters as much as what you achieve.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be close to customers by traveling to visit them, building strong relationships, and achieving effective payment agreements.
- Guarantee effective collections to support the timely release of orders.
- Ensure compliance with TFCM policies and internal control frameworks.




- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across collection operations.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams in collections, credit, or finance operations.
- ERP experience (SAP or equivalent).
- Intermediate English proficiency.

- Knowledge of the agricultural sector.
