We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to design, implement, and manage scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth, customer engagement, and data-driven decision‑making. This role will lead the administration and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on data unification, segmentation, campaign activation, automation, and end‑user support.

The idóneo candidate brings hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Salesforce platforms, especially Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and can translate business requirements into reliable, well‑governed solutions. This person will play a key role in building end‑to‑end CRM capabilities, improving user adoption, and ensuring the Salesforce environment is maintainable, scalable, and aligned with best practices. Experience with Experience Cloud is also valuable to support a connected Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud,



and Marketing Cloud environments to support business and customer engagement objectives.
- Lead Salesforce initiatives focused on Data Cloud ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, unification, segmentation, and activation.
- Create and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, identity resolution rules, and audience segments within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Design and support customer activation use cases that leverage unified data for targeting, personalization, and campaign execution.
- Configure and manage Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder, and CloudPages.
- Build and maintain customer journeys, triggered communications, segmentation logic, and multi‑channel campaign workflows.
