Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with AI experience to build and scale production systems that combine modern web applications with intelligent automation. You’ll work across backend services, frontend applications, and AI integrations to solve real operational problems at scale. This role is for engineers who care about shipping reliable systems, enjoy working across the stack, and use AI as a practical tool to improve workflows—not just as a feature.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable APIs and services utilizing Python and FastAPI that support product functionalities.
- Design and manage data models, database schemas, and migrations within relational databases like PostgreSQL to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Create responsive and efficient user interfaces using React by converting design systems and user journeys into modular, component-driven structures with Tailwind CSS.
- Work collaboratively with product, design,



and engineering teams to establish API specifications and deliver complete features from backend through to the user interface.
- Take ownership of build and deployment pipelines along with tooling to enhance developer productivity and accelerate release cycles using AWS.
- Promote high code standards through automated testing, thorough pull request evaluations, and comprehensive documentation.
- Establish strong observability practices including metrics, tracing, and logging to guarantee system uptime, dependability, and rapid incident resolution.
- Design and embed AI functionalities such as symptom intake automation and clinical summarization throughout frontend and backend processes.
- Develop and sustain AI workflows including prompt orchestration, retrieval augmentation, evaluation, and monitoring to maintain quality and safety.
