**What You'll Do For Us**:
**As a**Semi-Senior Accounting Analyst**, you’ll play an essential role in driving financial accuracy, efficiency, and meaningful business insights. Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Delivering Accurate Insights**: Provide detailed and timely accounting and financial data by interpreting**Balance Sheet Inventories**, variances, and trends, while offering strategic recommendations for the Leadership Team.**:

- **Managing Financial Projections**: Execute in-depth financial analysis and prepare forecasts on key processes, including**Inventory Write-Offs**,**Return to Vendor**, and**Merchandise in Transit**, to guide strategic decisions.**:

- **Costing Operations**: Lead costing activities related to**ingredients**and**finished products**, ensuring transparent and accurate cost allocation within the supply chain.**:

- **Fixed Assets Management**: Oversee the capitalization of assets, coordinate fixed asset cycle counts, and develop thorough narratives and forecasts supporting business operating capital.**:

- **Month-End and Year-End Closings**: Ensure accurate and timely results through journal vouchers, accruals, forms, and thorough analysis during critical financial cycles.**:

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:



Forge strong relationships with**corporate accounting teams**and other departments across the company to deliver top-notch financial insights and solutions.**:

- **Knowledge Leadership**: Act as a respected reference point in accounting practices, transferring expertise, and mentoring team members to achieve collective growth.**:

- **Process Compliance**: Ensure all financial processes align with**Coca-Cola policies**and adhere to**local regulations**consistently and effectively.**:
**What Are the Qualifications Needed**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in**Accounting.**:

- **Fully bilingual communication skills in**English and Spanish.**:

- **Proficiency in**SAP systems**and other relevant financial tools.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to establish strategies and workplace cultures that foster collaboration and goal achievement.**:

- **Strong**problem-solving skills**to address financial, internal control, and procedural challenges.**:

- **Prior experience working in**multinational organizations**or an**international business environment**is highly desirable.**:
