Entry Level, Media Operations (Programmatic)

As part of the Media Resale & Activation team, you will be at the heart of digital execution. This is a "hands‑on‑keyboard" role focused on navigating the complexities of digital platforms—inclusive of tagging, trafficking, and buying—to transform client business goals into measurable media success.

Core Responsibilities

- Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end setup of media campaigns. This includes building campaigns, setting budgets and pacing, assigning creatives, and implementing granular targeting across various platforms.
- Technical Troubleshooting & QA: Maintain high standards of accuracy by performing rigorous QA checks. You will identify, troubleshoot, and elevate platform issues, ensuring all tags and linkages are functioning perfectly.
- Operational Excellence: Manage administrative tasks essential to the business, such as maintaining Salesforce records, providing billing support, and ensuring adherence to internal financial operations.
- Collaboration:



Partner with diverse Media Capabilities—including Analytics, Product, and Media Growth—to share learnings and implement best practices across the pillar.

The Tech Stacks

You will gain exposure to and operate within an industry-leading ecosystem:

- Programmatic & Ad Serving: Campaign Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP.
- Search & Social: Google Ads, SA360, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat.
- Data & Measurement: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.

Requirements

- English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
- Mindset: A proactive learner who can communicate consistently and effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Precision: High attention to detail, especially with data entry, platform configuration, and quality assurance.
- Adaptability: Ability to balance internal growth activities (trainings and feedback) with client‑facing deliverables.

- Process Adherence: Strictly follow Monks’ workflows: time tracking, platform certifications, onboarding, credit requests.
