In this strategic role, you will imagine, design, build, and test Tools, Skills, and Agents for engineering teams operating mission-critical systems at a integral scale. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in distributed systems, a genuine passion for building, and a mid-level DevOps leadership background.

If you enjoy running dozens of tools in production, working close to infrastructure, and accelerating your work through AI, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

- Builder mindset
- Strong passion for creating and managing dozens (eventually hundreds) of Tools, Skills, and Agents used by engineering teams supporting critical systems worldwide.
- AI-driven development
- Commitment to and daily use of AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
- DevOps fluency




- Hands‑on experience with a wide range of tools across the ecosystem: AWS, Datadog, GCP, GitHub, Grafana, PagerDuty, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, and others.
- APIs & query mechanisms
- Experience working with diverse APIs, endpoints, and query mechanisms. Curiosity and hands‑on approach when working with modern MCPs.
- Hybrid Hosted / BYOC perspective
- First‑hand experience navigating both SaaS and VPC deployment models, with a clear understanding of trade‑offs.
