SAXUM is currently recruiting for a Lead Process Engineer to join our growing Process Engineering team.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for leading and organizing resources for the execution of process engineering tasks, overseeing metallurgical testwork programs, and contributing to world-class international projects.

The tasks you'll perform

- Lead and organize resources for the execution of process engineering tasks.

- Prepare key deliverables: mass balances, flowsheets, P&IDs;, design criteria, operating costs, and control philosophy.

- Plan, cost,



and oversee metallurgical testwork programs and interpret results.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.

- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Participate in commissioning of process plants in various general locations.

The expertise you'll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in mineral processing engineering.

- Strong knowledge of mineral processing software: LIMN, METSIM, SYSCAD, BRUNO.

- Advanced MS Excel skills.

- Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.

- Must be available for international travelling.
