Description and Requirements

About the role

At Lenovo, we are looking for a Sr. Infrastructure Solution Sales to join our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), playing a key role in driving the growth of the Infrastructure business (Servers, Storage, Solutions, AI and Services).

This role is responsible for managing opportunities end‑to‑end, from demand generation to deal closure and execution, working closely with partners, end customers and cross‑functional internal teams.

️ Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans for assigned accounts and partners, driving revenue and ISG growth.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts, managing the full sales cycle end‑to‑end.
- Own pipeline management, including qualification, forecasting, follow‑up and deal closure.
- Build and present complex infrastructure proposals (CAPEX, OPEX, TruScale) aligned to customer needs.
- Establish strong relationships with enterprise, corporate and public sector customers, delivering executive presentations, workshops and QBRs.
- Work closely with presales teams to coordinate solution design, POCs, demos and technical evaluations.
- Manage and develop partner and channel relationships, including joint plans, customer visits and opportunity closure.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (Product, Pricing, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance) and actively use CRM tools (MS Dynamics) for tracking and forecasting.
Support post‑sales execution, ensuring smooth order follow‑up, delivery and customer/partner satisfaction.

✅ Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in similar roles within IT infrastructure or solution sales. It is required to have technical knowledge.
- Languages: Intermediate English.
- Technical skills: Previous experience working with CRM tools (experience with MS Dynamics is a plus).
Soft skills: Independent, proactive and dynamic profile, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership mindset and results orientation.

- Hybrid model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
